Refund policy

It does NOT accept changes, cancellations (after 2 hours of order) or returns. All items are made to order. But please, if you have a problem with your order or need to edit something, contact us.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refund or exchange unless the item is damaged by us (Bilemar Shop). Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about size, colors, or type of shirt or jackets please check the order before purchasing to make sure it is correct.

Damages or Wrong Order

If you unfortunately receive a damaged or wrong item (a mistake on our part), please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date. If the damage is due to USPS - UPS - DHL or FEDEX and the order is uninsured, we cannot provide a replacement
