Bilemar Shop offers standard shipping to PR and the US is FREE

Because so many orders are received each day, it would be ideal if you allowed 5-10 business days for order handling and shipping. Delivery time excludes processing time. The delivery time itself can take approximately 2 days to 5 weeks (excluding weekends and banking occasions) depending on where you live. This is because we ship our gems directly from our distribution centers to keep our costs so low. Remember that this may take a little longer if there is a high volume of shipments.

We are a small, autonomous company, so these are rules, not rigid principles! Just get in touch with us in case you need an update on the evaluated turnaround time for your request.

LOST / DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

USPS-UPS-DHL-FEDEX failures are not the fault of Bilemar Shop and do not reflect how we treat our customers. What happens after the shipment leaves our warehouse is beyond our control.

If your shipment is shipped without insurance, Bilemar Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. We cannot replace or reship items purchased without insurance. If you want to purchase insurance, you can do so by selecting priority delivery.

VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS

Be sure to verify your address as we will ship to the shipping address listed on your order confirmation / receipt. This includes Paypal addresses. Any packages returned due to incorrect or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer's expense and is not eligible for a refund.
